It was located while parked on the 400 block of 27th Street East with the two people inside at approximately 12:06 a.m. on Thursday.

The male driver, 23, had a suspended license and the female occupant, 25, was under conditions to not be in contact with him.

Officers also found a .22 rifle before the vehicle was towed and both suspects arrested.

The woman is charged with being at large of her undertaking to not have contact with the man, and he is now facing four firearms-related charges.
