Wakaw RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a 27-year-old woman who was last seen at her house early Monday morning.

Family and friends of Mary Heathen, 27, say they have not been able to reach her since, which is very unusual for her. RCMP officers from Wakaw and Rosthern have been unable to locate her. Family and police say they are worried for her well-being.

Heathen was last seen wearing a black bunny hug, orange pajama pants with black and white cats on them, and a grey tank top. She is described as an Indigenous woman roughly 5’5 tall, with brown eyes, and brown shoulder-length hair with red ends. She has an average build.

Heathen was last seen at her house on Carpenter Rd. between the communities of Wakaw and One Arrow First Nation at around 5:30 a.m. on Sunday. Family members say she has many friends in One Arrow and could be there. She also could be travelling in a brown 2005 Buick Century with Saskatchewan plate number 578 MDG.

Anyone with information about Heathen’s whereabouts is asked to call Wakaw RCMP at 306-233-5810, or their local police service. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers at www.saskcrimestoppers.com, or by calling 1-800-222-8477.
