P.A. Minor Ball registration numbers on the rise
It’s only midway through the registration period for the 2017 Prince Albert Minor Ball season, but the organization is excited.
It has already about equalled last year’s registration totals – about 170 people.
The upcoming season is also creating buzz as PA. Minor Baseball is looking to restart its own Pee Wee division.
It’s been over ten years since the organization had its own Pee Wee league.
For the past several years, players have had to travel to Saskatoon or Tisdale for games.
“Based on numbers, if we get a few more, we should have right around four Pee Wee teams,” said Lance Alexander of P.A. Minor Ball.
The prospect of not having to travel has boosted the number of people interested.
