Officers make 2 arrests following drug trafficking and firearm investigation

Prince Albert police officers seized 1,124 grams of methamphetamine, 856 grams of cocaine, 1,396 Dilaudid pills, $20,725 in Canadian cash, and three 9mm handguns after executing search warrants in Prince Albert and the RM of Buckland on March 29.

Investigators also seized ammunition and evidence of drug trafficking, and made two arrests.

Kevin Georges, 36, and Saravudh Tim, 38, both face multiple charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, methamphetamine, and Dilaudid. Both suspects made their first court appearance on Tuesday.

The arrests and seizures were part of a drug trafficking and firearm investigation conducted by the Prince Albert Police Service Crime Reduction Team and Saskatchewan Trafficking Response Team.

The Prince Albert searches occurred in the 2000 Block of 15th Street East.
