A 19-year-old man is deceased and another 17-year-old male has non-life threatening injuries after a single vehicle rollover in Montreal Lake.
According to an RCMP news release, Waskesiu Lake and Montreal Lake officers responded to the call at about 5:25 p.m. on Friday.
They found an unresponsive man when they arrived, whom medical staff declared deceased. His family has been notified and his identity is not being released.
A second teenager was taken to hospital in Prince Albert with non-life threatening injuries.
The RCMP’s initial investigation determined the vehicle was travelling south on Bird Avenue when it lost control.
The investigation is ongoing.
