Parkland Ambulance’s long weekend calls consisted of a couple car accidents with one involving wildlife.
At about 10:35 p.m. on Sunday, paramedics went five kilometres south of Prince Albert on Highway 11 for a vehicle vs. wildlife collision. They took two people to hospital with minor injuries.
Then, on Monday morning, there was a vehicle accident at 2nd Avenue West and Marquis Road by McDonalds. Paramedics took one person to hospital in stable condition.
