The RCMP are looking for a missing 77-year-old Rosthern man.

Victor Falk was last seen at his residence at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and has not been seen since. He is in good physical health but is suffering from a medical condition that can cause mood changes and confusion. He has wandered around the area often in the past and may have become disoriented.

He does not have access to a vehicle and is known to frequent the area near Rosthern and Waldheim.

Falk is 175 cms tall and weighs 81 kgs. He might be wearing a long sleeve plaid shirt, blue and white hat and dark pants. He wears glasses, but may have large sunglasses overtop of his prescription glasses.

Ground and aerial searches are being conducted by Search and Rescue teams and community volunteers. To assist, go to the Rosthern RCMP detachment.

As of 4 p.m. Thursday, the province sent out an advisory using the Saskatchewan Emergency Management app SaskAlert about a “missing vulnerable person.”

If you have seen Falk, call the Rosthern RCMP at 306-232-6400 or call 911.
