Residents in the Emma Lake area can expect to see an increased police presence for Monday afternoon.
The Saskatchewan RCMP sent out a notification at 12:53 p.m. asking residents to avoid the areas where police are present, and follow any police directions provided.
“We will provide an update on this investigation as soon as we are able,” reads the notification. “If an increased risk to public safety is identified, we will notify the public.”
