No one was injured when a roof collapsed over a parking area in downtown Prince Albert Thursday.

The collapse occurred at the parking lot underneath the second floor at 25 11th Street East, just south of City Hall.

According to bystanders, there were no injuries as most people were gone for lunch when the roof collapsed.

The scene drew curious onlookers and posts about it gained traction on Facebook.

According to one commenter, the building was closed until an inspection could be completed.
