A man is facing firearms-related charges and charges for breaching court orders after a gunshot was heard on River Street last week.
On May 23 at about 9:30 a.m., witnesses reportedly heard a gunshot in the area of the 400 Block of River Street West.
No injuries were reported.
Multiple police officers responded to the area and spoke with several people, but no arrests were made.
Following an investigation, officers arrested a 21-year-old man late Friday afternoon in connection with the incident.
He was arrested without incident at a business in the 3600 Block of Second Avenue West. He is facing a number of charges.
He was scheduled for a first appearance in court Monday morning.
