Prince Albert MP Randy Hoback had a busy Thursday. With stops in Melfort, and at Plaza 88 for the Seniors Advocacy Centre banquet, the MP was seen all over the riding.

But that busy schedule didn’t stop Hoback from meeting with Prince Albert City Council.

Hoback met with Mayor Greg Dionne as well as Coun. Evert Botha, Charlene Miller and Blake Edwards at City Hall. The meeting began at 3 p.m. and continued for more than an hour.

“It’s been awhile since I’ve had a chance to sit down with council and just talk about priorities for the city,” he said.

“We’ve always had a great working relationship. We just needed to find time where we could sit down together as we go into the budget year in the new year to see what the priorities are. (We need to) make sure we’re doing everything we can to help the city out.”

Hoback said the meeting went very well.
