Four separate incidents leads to PAPS charging five people

The Prince Albert Police Service arrested two men overnight at separate incidences that are believed to be in connection with each other. Police were called to a break and enter in progress in the Wilson Bay area Thursday before midnight. 

A report of an unrelated stabbing was called in around 1:15 am on Friday at the 1100 block of Branion Drive. Police located property believed to have been stolen during the break-in at Wilson Bay after investigation.

The Prince Albert Police Service continues to investigate both incidents. 

Two people are facing charges after police stopped a stolen vehicle in the 300 block of Dunn Drive around 1:20 pm Thursday. A 19-year-old man was to appear in court this morning and is being charged with possession of stolen property. An 18-year-old woman was also charged with breach of court orders in relation to the incident. 

A 30-year-old woman is facing a robbery charge after attempting to steal a vehicle in the 100 block of 11th Street West Thursday afternoon. Police quickly arrested the woman shortly after 3:00 pm; a small knife was located on the scene.
