RCMP are investigating a suspicious death on Witchekan Lake First Nation.
At about 5:40 p.m. on Saturday, Spiritwood RCMP and EMS responded to a report of an assault on a 38-year-old man.
The man was declared dead on scene.
Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes say the death is considered suspicious based on preliminary information.
An autopsy took place on Monday.
Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call Spiritwood RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
