Police say man in surveillance photos is not a suspect in Happy Charles disappearance

Prince Albert police have determined the man in surveillance photos released in August is not a suspect in the disappearance of Happy Charles.

Police thanked the public in a news release for helping to identify the man, allowing investigators to speak with him.

Charles was last seen on Apr. 3, 2017. She is described as 5’1, 115 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, a scar on her left cheek and a rose tattoo on her left hand.
