Pedestrian dies after single-vehicle collision in Bear Creek

A pedestrian has died at the scene of a single-vehicle collision in the community of Bear Creek.

Police say the two occupants of the vehicle involved in the collision were unhurt, but a 64-year-old male pedestrian was pronounced dead. Both lanes of Highway 155 were blocked for several hours while Turner Lake RCMP investigated with the assistance of the Provincial Coroner’s Office and the Saskatoon Forensic Reconstruction Unit.

The incident occurred at around 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 27.


Bear Creek is located northwest of Buffalo Narrows.
