Paramedics respond to quad accident, vehicle collision

Prince Albert’s Parkland Ambulance received calls for a quad accident and a vehicle collision over the long weekend.

At 10:10 p.m. on Sunday, paramedics responded to a quad accident in the town of Shellbrook, which is about 45 kilometres west of P.A.

They took a 31-year-old man to hospital who was in stable condition.

At 6:19 a.m. on Saturday, Parkland responded to a car accident on Highway 11 about three kilometres southwest of the city.

Paramedics took an 18-year-old woman with minor injuries to hospital for further care.

Parkland responded to 95 incidents over the weekend as of 7 a.m. on Monday.
