On Monday the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) announced that it has had to temporarily close the drive-thru COVID-19 test site in Prince Albert due to the extreme cold currently being experienced in the Prince Albert area.
The temporary closure took effect Monday, Jan. 25 at 1:00 p.m. with an anticipated return to typical service hours effective Wednesday, Jan. 27 at 8:00 a.m.
The SHA advised all those individuals who are seeking COVID-19 testing to call 8-1-1 for a referral to the testing and assessment centre.
