The Prince Albert Raiders will have to make do without their captain for the time being in the East Division hub in Regina.

The club announced in a tweet on Tuesday morning that captain Kaiden Guhle is out indefinitely after suffering a hand injury during Sunday’s 2-1 shootout loss to the Moose Jaw Warriors at the Brandt Centre.

Guhle, who is a signed defensive prospect of the Montreal Canadiens, had a goal and an assist in two games this past weekend.

The 1-0-0-1 Raiders first contest without their top blueliner will take place on Tuesday at 4 p.m. against the 1-0-1-0 Brandon Wheat Kings.
