The Prince Albert Raiders have added their top pick in last year’s WHL Bantam Draft to their roster.

The team announced on Wednesday evening that blueliner Terrell Goldsmith had joined the club at the Hub Centre in Regina after clearing Saskatchewan Health Authority and Western Hockey League health and safety protocols.

Goldsmith was selected 15th overall by the Raiders last April after posting 19 points in 23 games for the Delta Hockey Academy’s Under-15 Prep Green team that competes in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League.

The Fort St. James, B.C. product had two assists in five games this year for Delta Hockey Academy’s Under-17 program.

He will join Regina Pats forward Connor Bedard, Moose Jaw Warriors forward Brayden Yager, Saskatoon Blades blueliner Tanner Molendyk, Winnipeg Ice forward Zach Benson and Swift Current Broncos forward Brady Birnie as members of the 2020 draft class that are in Regina.
