RCMP announced on Wednesday that human remains found outside of North Battleford were Tiki Brook-Lyn Laverdiere’s.
The 25-year-old Edmonton woman was reported missing on May 12. She had been in North Battleford for a funeral a couple weeks earlier.
On June 10, the RCMP announced that her disappearance was the result of foul play and was being investigated as a homicide.
The autopsy was conducted on Tuesday, and Laverdiere’s family has since been notified of the identification.
The homicide investigation is ongoing.
