The Bison Cafe is located on Central Avenue in downtown Prince Albert.

Nestled in the heart of Prince Albert’s downtown, the Bison Café attracts an eclectic clientele. They are drawn to the friendly, comfortable European atmosphere to enjoy a high-end dining and coffee house experience.

It is also a favourite location for meetings and special occasions, which are held in the ‘Red Door Gallery’, where local artist’s creations are featured. It is also a host for the Downtown Art Walk held monthly through the summer.

“The Bison Café is like a small community with clientele that all respect and look after each other,” says owner Danielle Revale.

The Bison Café menu features high-quality coffee and good, locally-sourced food made fresh.

Open since 2004, Danielle and her husband, Edward Revale, acquired the business in 2015. With years of experience in the food industry and a B.S. Management degree, the Bison Café has become Danielle’s passion.

“I look forward to providing high quality coffee and good, locally sourced food made fresh,” she explains. “I love to see my clients smile because they are satisfied.”

Bison café sources its coffee beans through direct fair trade outlets. In house freshly baked goods, homemade soup, salads and sandwiches, deliver on the business slogan of ‘Bold Spirit. Bold Taste’.

“Our mission is to provide consistently good customer service, good quality food and the best coffee roast,” Danielle explains. “We want to set and maintain the highest standard of quality and ethics in everything we do, and contribute to the positive development of the downtown core. This has earned us the trust of our customers and employees. I feel like they are all part of our family.”
