Death ruled not suspicious
Police cordoned off a residence in the 600 Block of 20th Street East Thursday morning for a report of a man who wasn’t breathing.
Police confirmed the death of a 47-year-old man. Police and the provincial coroner have determined that the death is not suspicious and that only one body was found Thursday.
The body of 42-year-old Jordan Ballantyne was found in the same area earlier this year. That death was deemed suspicious and police are investigating it as a homicide.
