Update: Croswell was located unharmed by the Melfort RCMP. According to a press release sent out on July 11 at 11 a.m., the investigation is ongoing. The RCMP thanked the public and the media for their assistance.

Prince Albert RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 36-year-old male believed to be in the Weldon, SK. area southeast of Prince Albert.

Preston Croswell was distraught when he left his home northwest of Weldon Saturday evening. He was shirtless when he departed on a bright yellow, Can-Am Outlander ATV. He was also in possession of a handgun. Croswell could have covered a considerable distance. While RCMP do not believe he poses a direct threat to the general public, he should not be approached.

Anyone who observes Croswell is asked to immediately contact Prince Albert RCMP at 306-765-5501, their local police service or RCMP detachment, or call 310-RCMP. In an emergency, dial 911.

Preston Croswell is described as:

– Caucasian
– Approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall
– Weighing 190 lbs.
– Brown eyes
– Brown, thinning hair
– Tattoos include a band on his upper, left arm and “NIN” on his right ankle
