The Prince Albert Police Service has released a photo of a person who could have information that would assist in the investigation into the disappearance of Happy Charles, who went missing more than two years ago.
The police service sent out three photos on Aug. 22 of a person they believe may have information that could assist in the investigation.
Charles was last seen in Prince Albert on April 3, 2017 in video footage captured near Prince Albert Collegiate Institute. She is 5-foot-1, 115 lbs. with brown eyes, black hair, a scar on her left cheek and a rose tattoo on her left hand.
