Prince Albert police have charged a woman who—while driving impaired—crashed into several trees on the front lawn of a private residence.
Officers were dispatched at approximately 11:12 p.m. on Sunday for a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) on the 1200 block of 12th Street West.
They found a 28-year-old suspect behind the wheel.
She was brought back to the police station, where she failed breathalyzer tests.
She’s charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs, exceeding .08, committing theft of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while disqualified from doing so.
The woman was remanded until Tuesday morning to appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court.
