4th suspect in Billette homicide arrested in Christopher Lake, one still at large

A woman charged with accessory after the fact to murder in the death of Sheena Marie Billette has been arrested—but one suspect remains at large.

Prince Albert RCMP located 27-year-old Kandi Rose Ratt in Christopher Lake on Saturday. She’s one of five charged in the La Ronge woman’s death, whose body was found on Dec. 23 along Highway 102.

She made her first court appearance in Prince Albert on Monday morning.

The other four suspects are each charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and forcible confinement.

Charlie (CJ) Napthalie Charles, 25, has not yet been arrested.

Charles is described as 5’9 tall, weighing about 119 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He’s missing his left index finger and left pinkie finger, which may be bandaged up.
