Prince Albert Police investigating Sunday morning death

Prince Albert Police are investigating after a man was found deceased early Sunday morning. 

According to police on Sept. 1 just before 9:00 a.m., Prince Albert Police Service responded to the 1200 Block of 28th Street East to assist Parkland Ambulance who was responding to a male who was not conscious and not breathing.

On arrival, police and paramedics located a 22-year-old male who was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

The Prince Albert Police Service Criminal Investigations Division and Forensic Identification Section are working with the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Office to determine the cause of the man’s death. 

An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept 3 in Saskatoon.
