Richard Inman bringing lyric-focused country-folk style to Prince Albert
A country-folk artist will be making his most northern tour stop Monday when he performs in Prince Albert.
Richard Inman will be playing the Rock Trout on Feb. 13 at 8 p.m.
The Winnipeg-based artist released his new album 30 Days in 2016, and has been touring the prairies since then.
“This is my first time coming through (Prince Albert),” Inman said.
“I’m always excited to play in a new place. I’ve never played anywhere north of Saskatoon.”
Inman describes himself as a storyteller.
“I really like to paint a picture,” he said. “I do a lot of story-driven songs. Hopefully that’s something people are into, listening to stories.”
Inman said his album has been well-received, and he’s sold many copies while out on the road.
“We’ve had an interesting journey so far,” he said.
