Sask. Penitentiary inmate recaptured

The Prince Albert Police Service has apprehended a man who escaped from the Saskatchewan Penitentiary.

On Wednesday night, staff members realized 20-year-old Edward Daniel Ross was not in the minimum security unit.

At about 2 p.m. on Thursday, police located and arrested him.

Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) is investigating the incident.
