Prince Albert police make 3 arrests after discovering crack cocaine in stolen vehicle

The Prince Albert Police Service made three arrests as part of a stolen vehicle investigation on Monday.

The arrests came after officers saw a stolen vehicle while on routine patrol at around 1 a.m. on the 2700 Block of 15th Street East.

Officers arrested three people inside the vehicle. They also searched it, discovering and seizing a CO2 firearm, more than 50 grams of suspected crack cocaine, and other items consistent with drug trafficking.

A 22-year-old man, a 37-year-old man, and a 23-year-old man have been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking. The 23-year-old man has also been charged with possession of a stolen vehicle over $5,000.
