Jeffery Wagenaar is in police custody. Officers thank the public for their assistance.
The Prince Albert Police Service and La Loche RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance locating Jeffery Wagenaar.
Wagenaar, 38, is accused of sexual assault and sexual touching of a person under 16-years-old in relation to an incident which occurred in Prince Albert on July 8, 2015.
He has been on the run for over three years after failing to appear at court for sentencing. Police have new information that he may be in the La Loche area.
