An impaired driver was among the Prince Albert Police Service’s (PAPS) 220 calls between Friday night and Monday morning.
At approximately 2:15 a.m. on Sunday, the patrol unit responded to the 600 block of Marquis Road after they got an intoxicated person call.
The 55-year-old woman was in front of a hotel behind the wheel of a damaged vehicle.
A news release said they suspect she hit another parked vehicle.
The woman failed breathalyzer tests at the police station and is now facing charges of impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding .08.
She’s scheduled to appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Jan. 22.
In total, police received 25 intoxicated person calls throughout the weekend.
