A woman struck by a bus yesterday in Prince Albert has died.
The 82-year-old woman from Prince Albert was crossing the intersection of 10th Avenue West and 24th Street East at 2:30 p.m. April 27 when she was hit by a school bus turning northbound from the Victoria Hospital.
Police, fire and ambulance responded and transported the woman to hospital.
On April 28, the police sent out a press release indicating that the woman had died.
“We express our condolences to the family and all those involved,” Staff Sgt. Frank Borsos wrote.
The investigation is ongoing.
