Missing 12-year-old located safe

UPDATE: On Saturday morning the Prince Albert Police Service reported that Ballantyne was found safe

The Prince Albert Police Service is asking for the public’s help in finding a 12-year-old boy who went missing at around 5:15 p.m. on Jan. 27.

Kelston Ballantyne was last seen in the 100 block of 16th Street West. Ballantyne was wearing a light grey Nike sweater, black joggers, black shoes, a black hat, and a blue camo bag.

Ballantyne is described as 5’5 and around 155 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information about his location is asked to call police at 306-953-4222. Residents can submit anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
