Three individuals face charges following a Melfort RCMP investigation into a shooting at a residence on April 17.
Investigators say an altercation occurred between a group of individuals on Burrows Avenue in Melfort. Someone fired a gun, striking one individual, who was treated in hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers arrested four people at the residence, one of which was released without charge. They also seized two guns, firearm parts, plus a side-by-side and generators that were reported stolen from a business in Melfort earlier in the day.
Austin Patton, 32, Tyrone Rogers, 40, and Shayla Tataquason-Bear, 30, all face multiple charges. Patton and Rogers are from Melfort while Tataquason-Bear is from Tisdale.
All three appeared in Melfort Provincial Court on Monday.
