A Prince Albert man is facing a charge of aggravated assault after police were called to an incident on Friday.
Members of the Prince Albert Police Service were called to the 1200 block of 28th Street West for a report of a family dispute with violence.
Upon arrival, officers located two men outside the residence. One of the men appeared to have injuries consistent with an assasult and was treated by Parklance Ambulance and transported to hospital.
Through investigation, it was determined the other male located outside the residence was the suspect in relation to the assault. The victim and suspect were known to each other.
As a result, a 25-year-old man has been charged with aggravated assault.
