Cumberland House RCMP investigating collision involving a pedestrian

Cumberland House RCMP are asking the public to report information about a collision that resulted in a pedestrian being seriously injured.


On Nov. 19, at around 8 p.m., Cumberland House RCMP received a report of an injured individual on Cumberland House Cree Nation.


Officers responded immediately and found a man near a roadway who was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Police say the man was injured as a result of a pedestrian-vehicle collision. The vehicle involved in the collision did not remain at the scene.


The RCMP would like to speak with anyone with information or who saw any suspicious activity on Cumberland House Cree Nation during the evening of Nov. 19.
