Three people are facing drugs and firearm-related charges after an Integrated Street Enforcement Team (ISET) investigation last week.
Officers executed a search warrant on the 100 block of 29th Street East Thursday evening. They located methamphetamine, cocaine, hydromorphone capsules, diazepam pills, Gabapentin pills, psilocybin, a cutting agent and a functioning scale.
Police also found a firearm, a functioning taser, ammunition and cell phones.
Two men, ages 23 and 24, and a 22-year-old woman are all facing charges in relation to this incident and previous ones.
Police respond to alleged stabbing and assaults using bear mace, hammer and axe
A 33-year-old woman is charged with aggravated assault and breach of a court order after an alleged stabbing on Saturday night.
Police were called to the 200 block of 12th Street East around 11:30 p.m. The accused was arrested on scene.
Paramedics took the 24-year-old victim to hospital for further treatment. Police say the two are known to each other.
Police also noted two aggravated assaults that occurred on Monday.
First, at about 8 a.m., police responded to the 700 block of Fourth Street East for a complaint that a man had attacked another man with a hammer and an axe.
An arrest warrant has been issued for the 20-year-old suspect, who police say knows the victim.
Then, police were dispatched to the 2800 block of Sixth Avenue East at about 2:25 p.m. after someone reported that several people were sprayed with bear mace.
A 20-year-old man if facing five counts of assault with a weapon and one charge of mischief. He was arrested on scene.
