Man arrested after alleged robbery with a knife

Prince Albert police arrested a 42-year-old man on Tuesday after a complaint of a robbery.

At around 8:20 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of 1st Avenue West, which is near the Surplus Furniture & Mattress Warehouse.

The victim said someone wearing a mask and carrying a knife demanded his watch.

Police located the suspect shortly after.

He was scheduled to appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Wednesday morning on charges of robbery and breach of a court order.
