La Ronge RCMP have arrested a man wanted on a child molestation charge.
Brennan Ross, 19, was at large on a long list of outstanding warrants. His charges include three counts of failing to attend court and one count each of robbery, possession of the proceeds of crime, sexual assault and sexual interference.
Sexual interference is the term used in the criminal code for sexual touching of a person under the age of 16. None of the charges against Ross have been proven in court.
Police were initially asking the public to help them locate Ross, but reported a successful arrest Friday morning. Ross is due to appear in La Ronge provincial court on August 8.
